In past articles you have read how to setup computer before surfing on the Internet, for what you need in the first place firewall and antivirus with real protection. Let's assume you know that. Usually you would explore all internet earnings, those that are good or bad, trusted or less trusted sites, based on own mistakes. Since I know how hard that is, I will help you to avoid those mistakes. First and most important, you need to know what is good way and what is bad way.

You can be a marketer (affiliate) and invite people to websites you use,
but do that on trusted sites only. Why? Risky sites do not last long enough to have benefits, and people loose money, which can ruin your reputation sooner or later. Many marketers will not accept it as their fault, people know what they risk, they are smart enough to know. But that is not truth. Do not be like those, do not think like that, they know it's lie. Why is it a lie? When you first start with Internet earnings, even if you know all about computers, even if you are an IT person, it is hard to imagine what can happen to you on the Internet or how other people think. Since you do not want to waste time and money, I would advice to not to involve people into risky sites.Honest ways
Some of the trusted ways are affiliate sites with real products that you can advertise and earn a percentage on sales. Those can be related to gaming, hosting, or something else. Always pick sites with best products and offers. Happy costumers are always best costumers. Other good ways are freelance sites where you can do huge amount of tasks, just be sure that you pick best.
Next great way is blogging/writing because you receive part of the profit. Many people love that way for two reasons. You can be your own boss where you earn from advertisements or sales on/through your website, or you can write on websites for others. In both the cases you need to follow the website's terms of use.
There are many more other ways, for
example you can use advertising sites, or some paying social networks where you can upload own materials (videos, pictures or something else). From that you receive impressions, but also part of the revenue. Whatever you pick, be well informed and check reputation of all websites.How to start
If you know what you can do (or what you are able to learn), then it's time to start with basics. First you need to find the best website in that area (compare more resources, take your time and pick best).
Fow example, if you want to work on a freelance site, type in browser next (or similar): "Best freelance sites on the internet". When you choose the best sites, it is time to investigate if those are trusted. Type in browser next: "Is site name legit" or "Is site name trusted" or "Is site name paying" or "Site name review" (instead of site name enter name of the website). The same way you can investigate any website for authenticity.
Good indicator of trusted website can be also PayPal payment option. It is not 100 % sure, but it can be a very good indicator since some payment processors have strict rules before implementation and Paypal is one of those. Remember to investigate every website.
